Booking & Scheduling
‍Session bookings are subject to availability. REGENA reserves the right to accept or decline bookings at its discretion. You agree to provide accurate contact and payment information.

Fees & Pricing
‍All session and program fees are listed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at REGENA’s discretion. Any preferred rates (such as founding access pricing) may be limited and time-specific.

Payment
‍Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or anyone using your account.

REGENA may refuse service and deny access if payment issues arise.

A separate cancellation and rescheduling policy will be presented at the time of booking. By confirming a session or service, you agree to abide by these policies.

You acknowledge that:
 • Participation in services is voluntary and at your own risk.
 • Services are not medical treatment and do not replace medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
 • You will consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

By engaging with our Services, you assume responsibility for your health decisions and outcomes.

Content on our Website, in sessions, or shared in communications is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice.

Nothing provided by REGENA establishes a doctor-patient relationship outside the scope of our licensed practitioners where applicable.

Future nutrition or supplement offerings are designed to support general wellness and physiology. Statements regarding nutrition and supplementation have not been evaluated by medical regulatory authorities unless explicitly stated.

REGENA may terminate or suspend access to services at any time for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other clients, our staff, or our reputation. Individuals whose access is terminated remain liable for all accrued charges.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Munich, Germany.
